Our Brothers and Sisters at (ATU) Amalgamated Transit Union Local 1433 have suffered unjust treatment at the hands of Veolia. On Wednesday, the Phoenix City Council will be voting to give Veolia additional “passes” for liquidated damages. In other words, they will decide whether to further assist Veolia.

Join me in protest of the stranglehold this company has on the riders, taxpayers and public transit workers. Let your voices be heard! Let the Mayor and City Council members know that you are watching and want them to demand that Veolia treat their workers fairly.
